Privacy Policy

Guests who scan a QR code

The public menu does not use cookies, does not ask for an account and does not store IP addresses or device identifiers. We only count visits per day, language and QR code in aggregated form so venue owners can see how many guests used the menu. Dishes you add to "my order" and dietary choices stay in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us.

Venue owners

We store your name, e-mail address, password hash (never the password), the venue content you create, and an audit log of changes. A functional cookie keeps you signed in and another remembers your interface language.

Service providers

Hosting runs on our own server. When you use automatic translation, the menu texts you want translated are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) for processing; no account data is sent.

Retention

Account and venue data are kept while your account exists. Aggregated visit counters are kept for statistics. You can ask us to delete your account and venues at any time.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Contact: [contact e-mail to be added]. In case of a data breach we will notify affected users and the authority within the legal deadline.
