Terms of Service

ThaiQR provides a hosted service for publishing multilingual digital menus and QR codes.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the venues you create.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the menus, texts and photos you upload and promise that you have the right to use them. You allow ThaiQR to store, translate, display and distribute them to your guests and, for review, to our moderators.

3. Moderation

A new venue and every change to its menu content is reviewed before guests see it. We may ask for changes, reject content or suspend a venue that breaks these terms. Prices and the "sold out" status can be changed instantly; they are logged and may be reviewed afterwards.

4. Not allowed

Misleading prices or descriptions, content you do not have the right to use, impersonating another business, unlawful or adult content, spam, advertising unrelated to the venue, and attempts to disturb or abuse the service.

5. Machine translation

Translations produced by AI are suggestions. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, in particular allergen and dietary information.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is during the beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a notice means you accept the update.
